404 Page Error

When a page cannot be found it generates a 404 error. They can be caused by a number of factors. Some of the most common reasons include:

  Foreign banks with Australian operations are considering abandoning the domestic loan market altogether. Such a move would mean that Australian borrowers would be pushed into tight corners facing serious funding pressures.

  One could be forgiven for looking at declining interest rates, and feeling a little buyers remorse if you recently took out an Australian mortgage and opted to pay a fixed interest rate. Switching from a fixed to variable interest rate could save mortgage holders several thousand dollars a year.
